With a career spanning over 17 years, Wale has been at the forefront of professional travel consultancy and corporate mobility services. He is the Founder and CEO of On-Line Dynamics Limited, a leading consultancy in international education, skilled migration, and visa advisory. He also serves as the Director of BSB Travel Concepts, a platform advancing global business mobility through curated international networking and business travel initiatives.

In 2017, he co-founded the Association of Professionals Visa Consultants of Nigeria (APVCoN) and served as its Pioneer President, advocating for ethical practice, peer regulation, and sector development within Nigeria’s migration consultancy space.
